FIELD: mineral concentration by flotation; applicable in stabilization of pulp level in flotation machines and process reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: device has pulp level gage, regulator of output of cell product with analog-relay converter and actuating members installed on unloading appliances of cell product. Output of pulp level gage is connected with input of regulator of cell product discharge whose outputs are connected, respectively, to the first input of time setting unit and to unit of limit switches of actuating member of the first unloading appliance whose output is connected to the second input of time setting unit, and its output is connected with input of actuating member of the second unloading appliance.
