SUBSTANCE: agent is essentially mixture of one betain surfactant having saturated or unsaturated alkyl or alkyl group having 10 to 24 carbon atoms, preferably 14 to 24 carbon atoms and at least one anionic surfactant of general formula: R1-B wherein R1 is hydrocarbon group having 10-24 carbon atoms and B is group or group wherein M is hydrogen or cationic, preferably monovalent group at ratio between betain surfactant and anionic surfactant from 20:1 to 1:2, preferably from 10:1 to 1:1. Agent reduced effectively hydraulic pressure between flowing water-based liquid system and hard surface within temperature ranged from 30 to 120 C.
