FIELD: drilling equipment, development of sea mineral deposits. SUBSTANCE: proposed platform is additionally fitted with anchor of still water whose joining unit comes in the form of two wheels, lower and upper. Upper wheel is connected to craft by means of links fitted with transducers of tension force and capable of change of their lengths. Lower wheel of joining unit is connected to primary structure of anchor with the use of distributed links. Drill pipe string carries transducer of angle of deviation of drill pipe string from vertical line, drilling pad is mounted above craft with the aid of columns with hinges. Compensation mechanism is manufactured in the form of underwater moving unit anchored on primary structure and coupled to transducer of angle of deviation of drill pipe string from vertical line and motion compensators installed in points of articulated joint of columns with drilling pad and craft. Tower is brought outside of external boundary of primary structure. EFFECT: enhanced stability of sea platform, safety of its operation and working depth. 3 dwg
