FIELD: mining industry; applicable in shooting apparatuses for reopening of producing formations of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: device has a body with side cylindrical holes in which jet charges in metal shells are fixed by means of plug and centering sleeve. Each plug is made in the form of two hollow cylinders of different diameters connected to each other. They have spherical conjugating part resting on internal surface. Outer diameter part of small cylinder is installed in the body hole and it corresponds to hole diameter. Large cylinder and centering sleeve are connected by means of thread made, respectively, on cylinder external surface and in sleeve opening. End of centering sleeve rests on end face of metal shell.
