FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion piston engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has at least one cylinder and piston arranged in cylinder, cylinder head with spark plug and/or at least one nozzle, two independent valves, center outlet valve and intake ring valve, central and ring channels separated by ring jumper, and also combustion chamber. Ring of intake valve is provided with shoulder enclosing with clearance the ring jumper. Combustion chamber is framed by surfaces of ring valve, cylinder head and piston and is provided with displacement spaces. Central space adjoins outlet valve, and peripheral space encloses combustion chamber in half close to cylinder forming ring step on cylinder head. Engine can be made with forced ignition system or with compression ignition system. EFFECT: improved effici8ency of fuel combustion, reduced consumption of fuel, no harmful effect on environment. 5 cl, 4 dwg
