FIELD: oil production; automatic control of marginal wells operating in intermittent pumping-out mode. SUBSTANCE: pumping unit includes rising pipe, pump with start-up and stop equipment and exhaust line. Control system is connected with start-up and stop equipment and is located in annulus space of well. It is made in from of armored singleconductor cable with current-conducting core and is provided with two float switches mounted at upper and lower dynamic levels of formation fluid. Upper switch is provided with electromagnetic coil with core; armored cable is connected with control system of pumping unit. Stopping and starting of pumping unit may be controlled with the air of float0type control system through obtaining required upper and lower dynamic levels of fluid; this system may be also used for check of volume of oil produced. EFFECT: reduced power requirements; avoidance of wear of equipment. 1 dwg
