SUBSTANCE: innovation of invention consists in availability of rectilinear wall which is parallel relative to flat wall; fan has housing with inlet branch pipe 1 and outlet branch 2 with flat wall between them; this wall is provided with shutters; fan impeller is mounted in housing; engagement of flat wall with leading edge of fan housing is made over logarithmic spiral. EFFECT: possibility of sucking opposite air flow at angle of 360 deg relative to flow being discharged. 2 dwg
