FIELD: different branches of industry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: proposed cross-flow fan is provided with intake branch pipe. Scroll housing of the latter is mated with inlet edge of inner flat outline of outlet branch pipe. Ports with adjustable shutters are made at beginning of scroll housing. Adjustable gates are installed for displacement along housing. Ports are made in place of conjugation of inner flat outlines with intake and outlet branch pipes. EFFECT: induced metal usage, decreased overall dimensions of fan. 1 dwg
