SUBSTANCE: system has series- connected comparison gate generating error signal equal to setting signal minus current value of controlled variable, digital controller, piece of equipment under control, current identification unit whose inputs are connected to equipment input and output, as well as to disturbances being measured that arrive at equipment. Novelty is that system is provided, in addition, with controls estimating unit for digital controller, slicing time step optimizing unit, variable correction unit for equipment model and controls of digital controller; controls estimating unit for digital controller has its input connected to first output of current identification unit and its output, to first input of slicing time step optimizing unit whose second input is connected to second output of current identification unit and output, to input of variable correction unit for equipment model and controls of digital controller; first output of correction unit is connected to second input of digital controller, second one, to input of current identification unit, and third output, to third input of slicing time step optimizing unit. Proposed system provides for varying slicing time of input variables under measurement and controlled variables and for its optimization according to chosen criterion of control in the course of system functioning.
