FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: unit has two resonating plates fixed on signal-delivering and signal-exit member, converging lens set between the free surfaces of the plates with plate sizes commensurate with converging lens diameter. The lens is set to enable its optical axis to be deflectable. Wave information converter has light-impermeable casing with not less than four resonance units placed inside. The units are connected to each other using parallel- series bridge circuit connection method where signal- delivering member of one of the resonance units is used as converter input and signal-exit member of the other resonance unit is used as its output. Method involves measuring human body electric properties after Voll in direct human body-to-object contact due to energy- information circuits included in turn into the circuit for measuring the human body electric properties as ones corresponding to wave characteristics appropriate too the corresponding object state. The circuit for measuring human body electric properties has converter and metal plate connected in series. Object image or its parts in normal state are drawn on the plate surface by human hand. The conversion result is stored in memory. The object is treated with pulsating electric current of 5 or 10 Hz with memory being connected to the action circuit. The electric current frequency is selected depending on object state and its mass. The device has unit for supplying electric impulses of 5 or 10 Hz frequency. Its outputs are connected to active and passive electrode, respectively. The active electrode is hollow rod inside of which memory for storing wave information, recorded in advance using the converter unit, is mounted. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; enhanced effectiveness in exerting action upon an object for improving its state. 8 cl, 4 dwg
