SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of health-improving practice, based on activation of internal health-improving processes, and can be used to maintain, strengthen and restore health and improve the general state of the human body. That is ensured by sequential exposure on his muscles in four stages. At the first stage, the exposure is performed by grasping the hip muscles with fingers and deepening them into the tissues to form a fold, massaging them in a circular motion, followed by stretching, with gradual movement and formation of similar folds along the leg top, starting from the knee area and further along the entire thigh. At the second stage, the buttock muscles are kneaded from the coccyx to the sacral bone by gripping the buttocks muscles with fingers and massaging them with circular motions, with subsequent stretching first towards hip, and then in area of intergluteal space. At the third stage, the instructor sets the fingers of one hand in the center of the sacral bone, and the other one - in the middle of the projection of the thoracic spine and smoothes the muscles to the right and left of the spinal column, alternating movements of the hands towards each other to the conditional center in the lower back area. At the fourth stage, the instructor places the index and middle fingers of one hand on the occipital bone, and the second and second fingers flexes the muscles with repeated movements of hands on the spinal column, from the occipital bone to the projection of the middle of the thoracic spine.
