FIELD: medicine; manufacture of information carriers used repeatedly for etiologic diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: solid crystals having at least one phase state with regulated structure is used as substance-information carrier. Phase state of the latter which is checked by variation of physical parameters is changed under external effect. Then recording of bioinformation characteristics is performed by wave interaction of bioinformation characteristics source and substance-information carrier in process of phase transition of substance-information carrier to initial state with external effect removed.
