FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making median incision above the pubic zone. The anterior wall of the urinary bladder is accessed. Two purse-string sutures are put in on the anterior wall of the urinary bladder without tightening them. One suture is in the upper angle and the other one in the lower angle of the wound. Two pierces are made in the center of the purse-string sutures. Curved clamp is introduced through the inferior pierce into the urinary bladder cavity keeping the branches closed. The clamp is brought out from the urinary bladder cavity through the second pierce. By performing reversed movement with the clamp, cystostomic tube is pulled through the urinary bladder. The tube ends are fixed on the anterior wall of the urinary bladder by plunging them into the purse- string sutures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 dwg
