SUBSTANCE: the method deals with suturing in an urethrovesical segment and urinary bladder bottom. With purse-string suture one should suture in overstretched posterior wall and bottom of urinary bladder at simultaneous replacement of the latter into area of urethrovesical sphincter. Between the developed posterior wall, within the limits from internal urethral opening up to uterine cervix, and vesicovaginal fascia one should apply and fix an implant with rounded edges. It is manufactured out of porous titanium nickelide with shape memory and curved as a groove. The method increases efficiency of anterior colporrhaphy.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction.
