FIELD: medicine, urogynecology. SUBSTANCE: in case of uterine and vaginal prolapse one should separate and remove fragments of anterior and posterior vaginal walls. Separated surfaces of bladder of rectum should be connected. Between separated surfaces one should apply implant out of porous titanium nickelide at sizes corresponding to those in separated surfaces. In peculiar case, larger separated surface should be sutured up to the sizes of lesser one.
