FIELD: mining and enriching industry; glass industry. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for production of building materials. Device has a pipe for feeding of material to be treated, two circular chambers and outlet transport channel. Chamber designed to produce vortex flow includes swirler dividing it into collector and accelerating chamber. Cylindrical working chamber is adjacent to one end of accelerating chamber. and outlet transport channel made in the form of circular chamber is adjacent to other end of accelerating chamber. All three chambers are positioned coaxially with feeding pipe. They are provided with central holes in which treated material feeding pipe is positioned with clearance. Holes are made around said pipe at end of outlet transport channel. Said holes along with said clearance serve as an air intake. Diameter D1 of central hole of accelerating chamber relates to diameter D2 of treated material feeding pipe as D2<0,5D1. Diameter D3 of air intake 7 relates to said diameters as follows: D2<D3<D1.
