FIELD: grinding.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary control of the fuel spraying and generation of two-phase supersonic flow of fluid. The acceleration of the flow is provided by the supply of fuel mixed with a portion of oxidizer into the combustion chamber. The other portion of oxidizer and abrasive mixture are supplied to the combustion chamber through the radial openings. The oxygen is supplied throughout the length of the combustion chamber through the radial openings to provide alternating combustion and mixing zones. The device has nozzles for supplying fuel to the spraying chamber. The pipeline for supplying the abrasive mixture is mounted for movement in the combustion chamber, and its outlet is mounted inside the space of the contraction pipe to provide acceleration of the combustion products. The outlet part of the combustion chamber is provided with a swirler, which is mounted near the openings connecting the spraying chamber with the combustion chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced stability and quality of treatment.
