FIELD: pipeline transporting systems, possibly tube straightening in gas-oil production industry branches. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes hydraulic press with striker and straightening table for placing straightened tube; unit for feeding tube and gripping mechanism in the form of two-arm spring-loaded levers jointly secured to one end of rod, during operation engaged with inner wall of end portion of straightened tube and fixed inside it by means of cone sleeve with pressure nut. Other end of rod is jointly connected with intermediate shaft joined with shaft of drive mechanism through ball type joint. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and safety of apparatus. 4 dwg
