FIELD: gas-flame treatment of materials, possibly at explosion hazard condition as additional equipment for protection against fires and explosions. SUBSTANCE: flame is localized due to setting direction of flame from inwards to outer surface of flame-extinguishing sleeve. Said sleeve has relation of areas of its outer and inner surfaces respectively Fout/Fin more than 1.2. Outer surface of flame-extinguishing sleeve is finned. Bushing is mounted with possibility of separating inner cavity of flame extinguishing sleeve from non-return valve and closing inner cavity by means of outer side of its bottom. Plunger spring is arranged in bushing; there are openings in wall of bushing for connecting annular cavity with inlet opening through seat of valve. Inner side of bottom of bushing serves as stopper. Annular cavity and inner cavity of flame-extinguishing sleeve have volumes selected according to relation Van/Vin more than 2, where Van - volume of annular cavity, Vin-volume of inner cavity. Surface of outlet opening has roughness degree Rz selected according to relation Rz/dout=0.015-0.2, where dout - diameter of outlet opening. Such structure provides lowered by 2 times emergency hazard due to increased time period of flame passage and detonation speed lowered by 2 times. EFFECT: improved operation reliability. 4 cl, 1 dwg
