FIELD: systems for gas-flame treatment of materials, possibly at explosion hazard conditions as additional equipment for protecting against fire and explosions. SUBSTANCE: flame suppressing sleeve made of porous refractory material is arranged between inlet and outlet openings of housing of apparatus. Non-return valve includes seat and spring-loaded plunger. Shut-off valve operating according to predetermined temperature includes seat communicated with outlet opening and built in flame-suppressing sleeve with possibility of engaging with seat and closing outlet opening at increased temperature of locking member. Sleeve made of porous easy-to-melt material and collar having lateral walls with by-passing holes and bottom are coaxially mounted with gap inside flame-suppressing sleeve. Bottom of collar is fixed to end of flame-suppressing sleeve. Locking member is provided with plate of shape-memory metal; said plate is joined with locking member and with bottom of collar. N concentrically arranged sleeves made of porous stainless metal may be coaxially arranged with gap between flame-suppressing sleeve and collar of porous easy-to-melt metal. Said sleeves has pore dimension reduced from center towards periphery. Apparatus allows to reduce by 10 times emergency hazard degree, to lower by 3 times cost of apparatus and by 1,2 times its mass.
