FIELD: building material industry; fabrication of chemically stable high-strength structures and articles including facing ones. SUBSTANCE: concrete mix has silicon binder with grain size up to 1.25 mm made of modified amorphous silica (natural or man-made) with or without any impurities including alkali metal oxides with 0.0-14.0 mole percent concentration of alkali metal oxide, and milled quartz sand; according to invention concrete mix has activated grains of milled quartz sand, filler, mentioned silicon binder of amorphous silica, tempering liquid which is, essentially, solution of alkali metal compound, for example, sodium oxide of 0.0-15.0 % concentration (in terms of alkali metal hydroxide); grains are activated in molding articles and structures using method for manufacturing parts of silicon binder base materials; road metal or quartz sand is used as filler.
