FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of parts working in chemically aggressive media.
SUBSTANCE: proposed raw material mix contains the following components, mass-%: quartz sand ground to specific surface of 300-350 m2/kg, 55.30-56.90; alkaline component in terms of R2O, 0.95-1.25; binder - quartz glass of fraction 0.315-0.63 mm, 2.35-2.45 and fraction 0.63-1.25 mm, 4.70-4.90; pore-forming agent - quartz glass of fraction 1.25-2.5 mm, 16.60-17.10; the remainder being water. Used as alkaline component are carbonates of alkaline metals and caustic alkalines.
EFFECT: enhanced acid resistance; reduced power requirements for production of cellular silico-concrete.
