FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable for shutoff of water inflows to oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: composition includes organosilicon compound and chlorides of metals and additionally introduced glycol and still bottoms of santoquin production with the following ratio of components, wt.%: organosilicon compound, 39.5-89.4; metal chloride, 0.5-10; glycol, 10-50; still bottoms of santoquin production, 0.1-0.5. Organosilicon compound may contain ethyl silicate-32 or ethylsilicate-40, or tetraethoxysilan, or tarring of ethyl silicates. Metal chloride may contain chlorides of metals of IV-VIII groups.
