FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: suturing device has thrust casing with hook positioned at casing bases and provided with clip bending holes. Clip block with replaceable cassette is movable along thrust casing by means of screw drive. Cassette has slots with clips. Pusher with plates for ejecting clips from clip cassette during suturing is moved along clip casing by screw drive. Knife with cutting edge is mounted on pusher between plate rows so that one row of plates is positioned at one side of pusher and two rows of plates are positioned at other side of pusher. In the process of suturing, knife is inserted into slot on clip cassette, dissects organ tissue to be sutured and is further advanced into hook slot for preventing cutting edge from blunting. To get clip cassette out of order, knife is used for dissecting connecting member in clip cassette slot. Surgical suturing apparatus is hand held by handle. Hook end is connected with thrust casing to prevent hook from being bent by load in the process of bending clips during suturing and to prevent biological tissue from slipping from suture zone. Such construction allows double-row suture to be applied to remaining part of organ, with first suture row adjoining edge to be dissected sutures tissue tighter than second row. Upon termination of suturing operation, clip cassette is destructed. EFFECT: increased efficiency in organ suturing during surgical operations and simplified construction. 4 dwg
