Natural fat and synthesized fat-like substances or gum or gum mixtures or cotton or cellulose or its derivatives are taken as the base stuff. The means is prepared by producing celandine herb extract done at room temperature to the extractant boiling point during 5 h to 10 days depending on extraction mode when mass proportion of extractant/dry herb mass varies from 4/1 to 6/1.
