FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: foil bag making device has at least two feeders of foil, and foil connecting device. Foil connecting sections pass along entire width of foil in direction square to direction of foil feeding. It has also foil-cutting device to cut off connected foil bags along connecting sections, and accumulating device which stacks cut-off foil bags in pile in intake device in direction of movement of cutting blade. Proposed foil bag making device provides easy and reliable cutting off of connected foil tapes and uniform packing of foil bags. Method of making and packing of foil nags is described in invention.
