SUBSTANCE: bitumen composition comprises bitumen and dispersed phase and composition further comprises stable free radical which is prepared and added from outside or generated in composition in the presence of radical initiator or catalyst based on transition metal compounds. Rubber is present in the form of various surface destructive particles having unsaturated bonds and destruction products thereof capable of radical addition. Heterogeneous reinforcing structure from composition components is formed in bitumen. Rubber particles have various sizes.
