FIELD: production of bitumen composition. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of rubber particles with hydrocarbon oil for softening and swelling of rubber particles; application of heat and mechanical energy to said softened and swelled rubber particles to attain at least partial dissociation of vulcanization network of said rubber particles; dispersion of said rubber with at least partially dissociated vulcanization network in bitumen; introduction of at least one combining agent into said bitumen sufficient for inclusion of treated rubber from obtained said rubber with at least partially dissociated vulcanization network into said bitumen; conduction of stage of application of heat and mechanical energy until rubber particles attain such a degree of dissociation that there is no discernible dispersed phase of rubber particles. This is determined by absence of rubber particles sedimentation. In this case, at said final stage, it is possible to perform cross-linking of cross-linking agent, said combining agent, bitumen, treated rubber including any residual rubber particles for stabilization of rubber residual particles to prevent their separation from said bitumen. It is also possible that said combining agent presents liquid rubber with molecular weight approximately from 30 to 60000. It is also possible, if it is required, before cross-linking stage, to perform one or more additional rising charging of rubber particles to rubber with at least partially dissociated vulcanization network and to perform said stage of application of energy to each such additional rising charging of rubber particles for attaining at least partial dissociation of vulcanization network of these particles. It is also possible that said hydrocarbon oil is provided with components preset in bitumen or this oil is provided by hydrocarbon oil added to bitumen before conduction of the very first mixing stage. In this case, method of production of bitumen composition is carried out from the very beginning in the presence of bitumen. Bitumen composition is also described. EFFECT: provision of stable bitumen materials. 24 cl, 4 tbl, 9 ex
