FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windwheel unit has air intake with adjustable vertical blades and windwheel with blades. Novelty is that windwheel is mounted inside air intake and its blades are semi-circle structures with their ends secured to upper and lower rings; lower ring is supported by alignment rollers made for rotation at speed higher than that of windwheel. Energy converters are attached to their axles. Vacuum pumps are mounted above and below windwheel. EFFECT: enhanced operating efficiency of unit. 2 cl, 2 dwg
