FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power and can be used in systems for converting wind energy into electrical or thermal energy. A safe wind turbine contains a converter of wind energy into mechanical energy and a secondary converter of it into electrical or thermal energy. The wind turbine is made in the form of a deflector guide device mounted on a rotary base, adjacent to the turbine body in the form of a snail, with multi-blade rotary wind turbines horizontally located in it, equipped with exhaust wind flow exit channels into the rarefaction zone created by an external air flow.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of using wind energy and eliminating the danger to the population and the flight of birds.
