FIELD: leak- proofness of protective device after explosion. SUBSTANCE: reinforced- concrete envelope for localization of explosion products is made of prefabricated sections faces from the outside by tray-shaped panels, and from the inside by metal covers, and forms a sealing envelope-frame. A layer of damping material is positioned between the envelope-frame and the internal metal envelope. A power load sarcophagus is installed on the sealing envelope. The multistage sarcophagus is built up of prefabricated reinforced- concrete sections rigidly interconnected and concealed in a gravel or ground backfilling with canopy covering. The internal metal prefabricated envelope is made in the form of a ribbed annular dome.
