FIELD: physics, nuclear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical means of handling and decontaminating and recycling extremely environmentally hazardous objects and products which contain explosive, chemical and other substances, including radioactive substances at places where they are detected. The protective-localising module for fast unwrapping has a reinforced concrete shell made from dismountable sections with bottom and overhead parts and wedging elements, enveloped by steel sheets in the assembly which form a containment vessel-frame mounted on reinforced concrete slabs. A power-load protective envelope is fitted on the shell. Inside there is a layer of damping material arranged in series with a metal shell which forms a damping layer. The module is made in form of a spherical cupola and is fitted with a sealed lead-in. The module is also fitted with a device for processing a moving the object, which has a hoisting mechanism combined with a manipulator fitted on the overhead parts of the module with possibility of rotation and vertical displacement and having a mechanism or horizontal displacement of the object, a bogie for moving inside fitted with devices for processing (opening) products moved by a self-loading protective container, a channel for releasing pressure and a filtration system. The sealed lead-in has a bogie for moving the object.
EFFECT: when using the invention, it is possible to unwrap in the shortest period of time using the protective-localising module made from blocks with sets of equipment for processing extremely environmentally hazardous objects and products on places where they are detected.
