SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base, leather fastening device made in the form of clamps, leather stretching device, stretch regulating device, device for supplying compressed air under stretching device, and stretch control device. Leather stretching device has pressure lever cooperating with pneumatic cylinder. Leather stretch and quality control device has pneumatic system with pneumatic cylinders connected in pairs to rear and front pressure clamps. Leather stretch regulating device has control panel positioned on front pressure clamp. Nut is used for regulating stroke of pneumatic cylinder cooperating with pressure lever.
