FIELD: food industry; packing of loose products. SUBSTANCE: device has basket with bags piled with closed end pointed upwards, bag gripper, device for delivering bag to feeder, vacuum suction cup and vacuum plant. It has also arrangement for fastening bag on feeder, compressor, pneumatic distributor and program control unit. Device delivering bags to feeder is rotary-type pneumatic motor with angle of turning in vertical plane equal to 180o. Bag gripper is made in form of strip one end of which is secured on turnable axle coupled with output shaft of pneumatic motor. Vacuum suction cup connected with vacuum plant is mounted on other end of strip. At turning of strip through angle of β = 180o-α, bottom part of bag is turned downwards through 180o. Other end of turnable axle is installed of flange with trunnion provided with longitudinal hole connected with cutout on trunnion in form of sector with angle α. Other side of hole communicates with pneumatic distributor pipeline. Other hole is made in cross plane opposite to cutout on turnable axle trunnion. This hole is connected by tube with nozzle secured on vacuum suction cup to provide opening of bag by blowing-in air. EFFECT: simplified design, convenience in operation. 3 cl, 4 dwg
