FIELD: construction engineering; repair of reinforced concrete structures of power transmission lines. SUBSTANCE: method boils down to re-distribution of loads among shoe members. Novelty is that rotational shell split along axis is installed in a spaced relation to member being reinforced between spherical thrust bearing of shoe and clamp joined with pole; one end of shell is rigidly fixed to thrust bearing and other, to shoe clamp. After that parts of shell are joined together over generatrix, inner space of shell is filled with hardening compound. Device has spherical thrust bearing, clamp with supporting load board to join pole and bearing force member installed in-between. Novelty is that bearing force member is made in the form of shell split along axis formed by two truncated cones facing each other by larger bases and rigidly joined together. Diameter of larger base is greater than height of shell. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and improved quality of repair work due to facilitated assembling. 2 cl, 3 dwg
