FIELD: earth moving engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has engageable position sensors and adjustable stops installed on rotary and swinging frames joined through vertical axis of swing. Position sensors are essentially contactless sensors with magnetically sensitive members installed on rotary frame. Adjustable stops are made in the form of flags with position control mechanism that has frame hinged to vertical spindle rigidly coupled with rotary frame; frame has central slit contacting the dowel pin mounted for fixed displacement in longitudinal slot, and locating cleat mounted above frame with central slit. Locating cleat is hinged to spindle fixed in position on vertical axis of swing coaxially with its longitudinal axis. Loose end of locating cleat is hinged to dog rigidly fixed on swinging frame; flags are rigidly fixed to frame with slit. Dowel pin has pointer engageable with scale arranged along slot on locating cleat. Device is provided with case-and-base assembly accommodating sensors and flag position control mechanism.
