FIELD: construction engineering; erection of low buildings with walls made of wood base and wood-plate panels, and other sheet sheathings. SUBSTANCE: ordinary and angle panels of wall have no side post-ribs. External sheathing of ordinary panels occupies their entire surface, sheathing of angle panels projects beyond top and bottom panel framings through distance equal to panel thickness. In mounting ordinary panels I-shaped jointing member is installed in joint between panels; it is made in the form of post provided with horizontal straps on top and at bottom used for jointing together top and bottom framings of adjacent panels. L-shaped (as viewed from top) jointing member is installed in corner abutments of panels and has two relatively perpendicular posts supplied with horizontal straps on top and at bottom used for jointing together top and bottom framings of adjacent panels of building wall. External sheathings of panels are joined together on external vertical edges of I- and L-shaped jointing members without forming through slit. Up to 22 percent of lumber is saved in framework posts. Panel joints are made to dispense with heat conducting inserts in the form of twin edges of panel frame. EFFECT: improved tightness of panel joints; facilitated arrangement of wall cladding. 12 dwg
