FIELD: well production of hydrocarbon raw materials; applicable in heat treatment of bottom-hole zones of producing and injection wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes tapping of high-permeability and low-permeability producing formations by well and well equipment with casing and tubing strings; washing of wellbore and injection of heat-carrying liquid; filling of casing-wellbore annular space with foam having gas-liquid ratio from 2 to 100; injection of heat-carrying liquid through tubing into well in volume amounting from 0.5 to 1 volume of pores of bottom-hole zone of high-permeability formation in radius up to 10 m with simultaneous pumping of foam to casing-wellbore annular space at velocity equaling or exceeding rate of foam breaking in volume of annular space from well head to bottom hole. Injection of heat carrier and pumping of foam are discontinued for 12-72 h and after equalization of temperature in heterogeneities of high-permeability formation, foam fringe is pumped into formation at pressure not exceeding strength of casing string. Then, heat-carrying liquid is injected into low-permeability formation with foam pumping to casing-wellbore space. Prior to putting into service, well is left to stand for 2-10 days.
