FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps used in oil systems of aircraft gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal external gear pump includes gears provided with radial impellers at their end faces. Axial- flow wheel is mounted before each impeller. Leading edges of at least two blades of radial impeller which are multiple of number of blades of axial-flow wheel are matched with trailing edges of axial-flow wheel. Tail-piece of axial-flow wheel is passed through impeller inside gear and is locked relative to it. Adjoining end faces of gear and impeller are provided with retainers to exclude their relative turn. EFFECT: increased positive suction head due to relative orientation in the course of assembly of blade profiles of axial-flow wheel and radial impellers. 2 cl, 1 dwg
