FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: pump includes gears located in housing bores, the roots of teeth of which are provided with annular grooves with dividers of suction and discharge cavities, which are installed in them, and on the edge facing the inlet there arranged are preswitched-on centrifugal impellers. Through crescent grooves are made on dividers of suction and discharge cavities so that open side of groove faces the outlet from centrifugal impeller. Rear part of dividers, which faces the rotation of blades of centrifugal impeller, is made at an acute angle to the groove back. Dividers of suction and discharge cavities are made as integral parts of bushings fixed in the pump housing.
EFFECT: reduction of fluid resistance in suction cavity of pump and improvement of reliability owing to regulation of oil flow in suction cavity; prevention of backflows and reduction of vortex generation in oil flow entering the discharge cavity.
