FIELD: actuation of electric primers of the launching and on board systems of guided missile fired from an artillery gun. SUBSTANCE: the pulse permanent-magnet generator has a yoke consisting of a cylindrical core and a base in the form of a disk with a central through hole. The armature is made in the form of a disk of soft magnetic material with a shoulder in the major diameter with a central through hole, having a diameter exceeding the diameter of the guide section passing through this hole. A load of non-magnetic material, pressing the armature to the ends of the magnet and yoke core in the initial position, is fastened on one end of the guide passing through the central aligned through holes of the armature and yoke in alignment with the armature. Rigidly attached to the other end of the guide are a blade and a catch rigidly secured around the edges on the yoke base. The guide is provided with an annular shoulder with a diameter exceeding the diameter of the central through hole of the armature, forming a gap with the armature.
