FIELD: rocketry, applicable for actuation of electrical igniters of launching and on-board systems of a jet projectile launched from a tube-cluster launcher. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a magnetoelectric system and a spring drive mechanism made in the form of a rod installed in two through aligned holes of the upper and lower yokes of the magnetic system and furnished with an inside hole aligned with the longitudinal axis, and three longitudinal grooves parallel to the rod longitudinal axis, on of which (the central one) is engageable with a catch made on the end of armature, and the two equal lateral grooves positioned in the orthogonal plane to the central groove are engageable with a pin fastened in the armature catch; the armature catch is engageable with the trigger spring placed in the rod inside hole, and the return spring is installed on the rod external surface between the upper yoke and the stop head made on the rod upper end; the length of the central groove is determined by expression l1≥h+xarm, and the length of the two equal lateral grooves - by expression l2≥dp+xarm, where l1 - length of the rod central groove; h - armature height, xarm - armature working stroke; l2 - length of each of the two equal lateral grooves of the rod; dp - pin diameter.
