FIELD: electronic engineering and rocketry, intended for actuation of electric primers of on-board power sources and equipment of missile. SUBSTANCE: permanent-magnet pulse generator has a yoke of a cylindrical core and base in the form of a disk, with a tubular cylindrical magnet fastened on it accommodating a coil, a disk-type armature held at the magnet ends and yoke core by a sheared safety device; the safety device is made in the form of a flat round membrane rigidly secured on the outline on the armature, for instance, by a flexible split ring in the armature groove, and in the center on a guide of non-magnetic material fastened to the yoke core and passing through the hole made in the armature, between the bush installed on the free end of the guide, and the stop, for instance, nut engaged with the free threaded end of the guide; the guide diameter equals the diameter of the hole in the armature; the membrane, guide and stop are aligned, their geometric and physical parameters correlate as follows: , where h - membrane thickness; m - armature mass; - preset acceleration of artillery guided missile in the bore for generator actuation; marm - force of armature holding by magnet at zero air gap; k=1-1.3 - coefficient taking into account different factors at shearing; R - radius of hole in armature; - shearing strength of membrane material; r-radius of stop working shoulder; Uτo - armature working stroke; uwork - allowable (safe) acceleration acting on artillery guided missile while in transit and at handling; E 0 modulus of elasticity of membrane material; b=0.005-0.02 - coefficient of allowable safe displacement; - coefficient; C= ; μ - Poisson's ratio of membrane material. EFFECT: actuation of pulse permanent-magnet generator at overload acting on missile at a shot, enhanced safety against overloads on missile in transit and at handling.
