FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with conversion of capacitance to voltage with the aid of grounded electrode in possible presence of parasitic shunting active resistance. In correspondence with invention capacitive converter has generator of rectangular pulse, working and standard capacitors, input amplifier connected with input to lead-out of standard capacitor, retrieval and storage unit whose input is connected to output of input amplifier. First output of generator of rectangular pulse is connected via resistor to another lead-out of standard capacitor, its second output is connected via resistor to leads-out of working capacitor and additional standard capacitor, its third output is connected to controlling input of retrieval and storage unit. Another lead-out of additional standard capacitor is connected to input of input amplifier and another lead- out of working capacitor is grounded. EFFECT: decreased effect of active resistance parallel to working capacitor on measurement result, increased speed of response of converter. 1 cl, 2 dwg
