SUBSTANCE: device evaluating technical condition of insulation of windings of electric motor has generator of rectangular pulses intended for connection to winding of electric motor, voltmeter, amplifier-limiter and peak detector tied together with inputs to finish of winding of electric motor, period meter which input is connected to output of amplifier-limiter, control unit which first and second inputs are connected to outputs of period meter and peak detector, which third input is connected to output of generator of rectangular pulses and which first output is coupled to input of storage unit of analog signal whose output is connected to voltmeter and indicator connected to second output of control unit.
