FIELD: self-controlled liquid heaters for off-line heating and hot-water supply to cottages, industrial and servicing premises, and the like. SUBSTANCE: additionally introduced in multilayer electrode is posistor layer adjusted to desired change-over temperature; it is made of rubber-like material with positive temperature coefficient of resistance and with change-over setting temperature, say, 95 C. Posistor layer is placed between current- conducting layer with current lead-in and protective layer (screen) that also functions as cooler.
