FIELD: off-line automatic heating and hot-water supply for cottages, industrial and servicing premises, and the like. SUBSTANCE: one or more thermistors set to desired change-over temperature corresponding to maximum permissible heating temperature of liquid are additionally inserted in heater internal electric circuit formed by electrodes with current lead-ins and liquid being heated. Thermistor may be connected in series with one of electrodes. As soon as liquid is heated to change-over setting temperature of thermistor, the latter operates and liquid heating ceases until it cools down below change-over temperature. EFFECT: provision for long-time and high-precision maintenance of desired liquid temperature. 2 cl, 4 dwg
