FIELD: medicine, dermatology, pharmacy, chemical- -pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solution of isotretinoin (13-cis-retinoic acid) and treatment of skin sicknesses. Solution comprises 13-cis-retinoic acid as active component taken in the concentration from 0.02- 0.03% that is stabilized with mixture butylhydroxytoluene-butylhydroxyanisole taken in equal ratios. Method of solution preparing involves dissolving active component in medium alcohol-glycol where stabilizing agent and isotretinoin are added, then mixture is stirred at the room temperature in inert gas flow up to complete components dissolving. Treatment of skin sicknesses involves application of the claimed solution on damaged skin sites that is carried out in late evening and/or in early morning for 12-18 weeks. Invention provides the development of highly effective, low-toxic and stable preparation for external application.
