FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing posterior vaginal vault puncture under permanent control by means of transvaginal transducer and with following perforation of ovarian capsule at 10-15 points at a depth of 10-15 mm by applying laser radiation through needle lumen with holmium laser light guide having no envelope. Wavelength is 2.09 mcm, frequency 10-15 Hz, power 15 W, 0.5-2 J energy in one impulse with 4-6 s long exposure time in every point. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; reduced risk of complications.
