FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing member for conducting ligatures, through an incision in anterior wall behind the pubis to abdominal muscle aponeurosis to reach the place where its transition into Cooper ligament takes place. The aponeurosis is pierced with this member. The ligature thread is fixed above the aponeurosis with stopper of the member. Pubocervical fascia is sutured with the ends of ligature thread catching also vaginal muscular layer. The pubocervical fascia is fixed to abdominal muscle aponeurosis on each side. Auto- or allograft is fixed to urinary bladder neck in other cases. The pubocervical fascia is sutured in this case with the graft caught. The fascia is fixed to abdominal muscle aponeurosis on each side. EFFECT: reduced traumatic injuries risk; prevented hematoma formation; avoided pain syndrome. 2 cl, 1 dwg
